[Hidden-tech] Quicken hand-holder?

I would also be interested in a Quicken class. I use it at home, but end up working around a number of features that I'm sure would be helpful if I understood them better. Also some basic info on balancing bank downloads would be helpful, I'm embarrassed to admit...my account balances are always different from what I think they should be from looking at the info on the bank's website.
