Hey David,

I did prepaid legal for a couple years during my contentious divorce
(2002-2004)

It was good for basics like preparing a will.  But when it came to some
tough legal binds in my custody battle the guy they assigned me to struck me
as pleasant but not very savy.  (On the plus side, because I had the service
the locat attorney I ended up retaining, gave me close to a 25% discount off
his hourly fee... which was a considerable savings and more than offset the
14 or so bucks I was paying at the time to Prepaid Legal)

Hello Hidden Techies...

Does anyone have personal experience with the Prepaid Legal program? 
Seems like an inexpensive way to have a law firm on retainer and to 
handle most legal matters.

Would appreciate your input.
