[Hidden-tech] Web grabber

I've used Adobe Acrobat on Windows to achieve this complete with  
links. I'm not sure if if the web capture feature is included in the  
Mac product or not, but Web capture has been part of Acrobat for some  
time, so I'm betting that it is. Note that this requires the full  
version of Acrobat, not the free Reader.
