[Hidden-tech] Advice on Online Backup Options

I recently started using Mozy after getting a few recommendations. My only
complaint is that Mozy didn't provide much guidance on configuring a
computer. However, the customer service was very helpful and easily
accessible. Once I got the program running, it works in the background just
as Mike mentioned.
