[Hidden-tech] WMECO vs Dominion

I've had experience helping the Town of Amherst switch from WMECO to buying
electricity from the Hampshire Council of Governments (HCOG).  We reviewed
an offer from Dominion.

I'm not sure if this is for you personally, your business, or for your

We've received an offer to switch our electric service from WMECO to 
Dominion. Dominion is claiming a 20% discount over WMECO. Does anyone 
have experience with Dominion? Is this a good deal or a come-on with 
hidden fees?
