David, I'd like to make an addendum to my griping about the form of the Treo. It just dawned to me that my constant fumbling over the location of the volume controls when using the phone is due to the fact that I'm left handed. Thus, I have to hold the thing in my right hand when writing or doing anything else. The problem goes away when I hold it in my left hand! If you're a righty, it might suit you fine. S DAVID F.
