[Hidden-tech] 16:9 to 4:3

Nate,
funny , i just needed to do this today too...I tried something slightly
different:in FCP 4:3 timeline: double click on clip (shot in 16:9), got to
motion tab > distort> type in - (minus) 66.

that gets you the proper aspect ration but, of course, you'll end up with
the widescreen "letterboxing" on top and bottom.

pretty straightforward though. Hope this helps
