[Hidden-tech] 16:9 to 4:3

Hi folks,
I recorded a concert for a client in two formats, 16:9 and 4:3.  I've done
some research, but I'd like to convert one to the other.  Similar to the way
a widescreen film is "reformatted to fit your TV."  If anyone has any ideas
or leads, that'd be greatly appreciated.
