I have one to add to the list.  Http://freecrm.com

I use it and now moving to the paid version.  I find it easy to use  
and does also most every thing I need.  the paid version is more robust.

If you are looking for a good CMS  check out Semiologic.com.  I have a  
lot of experiance with this system for shopping carts and CMS just for  
a website.
it is as easy to use as a blog.
