Not a Zoom router, and... Why should I have to do this? I didn't / haven't wanted this "service." I also followed the links to stop the "service" using my router and Win 2000. Looks like I have to change stuff on my computer, which may have to be changed again when I am not on Verizon. I think they are just trying to improve their bottom line for their sale.
