I've had one since day one and I believe it's worth it. I have had (too
many) issues with PayPal customers which were quickly resolved. How much of
this is due to having a Premier account, I don't know.

One thing about it, though, is that once you upgrade you can't go back.
You'd have to remove the Premier account and create a new Personal account.
