Hi Amy,

My company has a business paypal account. It's nice. Tying in with a bank
account is seamless. We use it for Paypal's "mass pay" feature, which allows
you to upload payments in bulk that you might send out to significant
numbers of payees.

It really depends on what you're looking to do with it, but the upgrade is
no hassle. For us, we just needed for the account to fall under our business
umbrella and so we started with a business account. If you have more
specific questions, I'll see if I can answer them...
