I use Bloglines (www.bloglines.com) --although I know a number of people who really like googlereader (esp. if you use gmail) and Yahoo has a reader too. I find it's much easier to use an rss reader than getting alerts or email updates from blogs. I use google alerts to follow particular topics (like citizen journalism or media) because that gives me new sources--I also have a separate email addy for alerts, so they're not clogging my work email accounts. There must be well over 100 feeds in my Bloglines reader, and those are feeds from people I'm always interested in following--although, occasionally, I have to "clean" my feeds the same way I clean my bookmarks. Just curious, what is everyone using to read RSS? I've been using R-mail, a service that sends RSS feeds to your email, but I'm overwhelmed with RSS posts in my email inbox. What RSS readers are people using?
