Just adding to the comments already made. I would at least
ask about possible compensation, but be open to negotiating being
paid 'in kind.' That might be getting a certain number of books upon
publication or at least prints of the covers so you can use it for
posters when you speak, if you do, or to scan for your web site.
They may be willing / able to give you cover art as a file you can use online.
Look for some kind of exposure or something you can use to
make the most of your inclusion in the book. If not money, then
exposure or credibility.
Also, be sure the permission you give does not restrict you
future use of the material in it's present for in any manner in any
medium, with the possible exception of possibly saying it was
published in the anthology (which increases it's value anyway.) If
they are not paying you make sure you keep all rights.
