         Thanx for asking. It is purchased from small family farms in 
west Africa. The company is working on organic certification, fair 
trade status, etc. both of which take years to complete. Presently 
certified Kosher and vegan.

         This is the ONLY chocolate processed without chemicals or 
heat preserving the maximum antioxidant levels. It's sweetened with 
Acai berries (second hightest antioxidant superfood after cacao,) 
other berries and a very small amount of cane sugar crystals.

         Most diabetics can eat it... and it reportedly will help 
balance their insulin. There is also science showing it helps lower 
blood pressure, balance good/bad cholesterol and helps people lose 
weigh. And it's incredible Belgian chocolate!

         Takes all the guilt out of chocolate and makes it a health
