[Hidden-tech] pay for podcast instruction

It depends on how much space you need.

PACE in Easthampton has a theater/performance space available whcih has 
been rented for presentations before, but there is a maximum of 99 
people (and that includes presenters and PACE staff). 

My wife does seminars in her office space, but the max there is about 15-20.

You can't really discuss space availability until you think about how 
large the crowd will be.
