My first thought was OpenOffice as well, it is compatible with Excel (both opening and saving), but it has a very large footprint. Other than that it's a great program and I have it on any machine that doesn't have a copy of Office. The online apps might be a bit unwieldy for having more than one open at once though (just my impression, I haven't really spent much time with them). -Dan -----Original Message----- From: hidden-discuss-bounces at lists.hidden-tech.net [mailto:hidden-discuss-bounces at lists.hidden-tech.net] On Behalf Of Ron Miller Sent: Friday, March 16, 2007 11:03 AM To: DAVID F. Not sure about the formats, but try OpenOffice at openoffice.org or Google's spreadsheet. Also, you can try Zoho, a free online web-based office suite. Good luck, Ron DAVID F.
