[Hidden-tech] Blogger vs. Wordpress

Yea, I agree. I think it's great that it's open source, which gives
you access to the full community of users, but I will say I have a
tech savvy friend who just started a Wordpress blog and he was having
trouble figuring out how to do some things. When you pay for a
service, you do get that added benefit of knowing someone is there to
help.

I'm not dismissing Wordpress by any means. It's a great service. It's
free. It's open source and it's fre, but you asked me why Typepad, so
I gave some of the reasons I use it.

At this point, I'm comfortable with the entire process, so I'm
sticking with it. But for someone like David looking at the options,
he should be aware that Blogger and Wordpress are not the only ones
available.
