[Hidden-tech] Interviewing Interns

I am about to FINALLY get my chance to interview perspective interns.  I
know there have been discussions on the topic here, but don't remember one
specifically on:
1) Questions to ask in an interview
2) Decision criteria
 
I know all the basics of job interviewing, but this seems different.  I can
explain the projects I want them to work on, but I would love advice and
counsel from people who have worked with interns.  What worked and what
didn't?  What should I beware of?
