www.mailbigfile.com is simple and requires no account.  it's fantastic for
sending a zip file to a single recipient for immediate pickup
it's also secure, and they don't spam you once you used them.

if you want a paid service, www.whalemail.com offers a great virtual storage
space that works really well, is very secure, and is easy to use

both are mac-friendly.
