David, If you are not techno-savvy enough to install and run your own wiki or blog, and are willing to "go commercial" as someone else here posted, there is also the software that I am developing and host for a fee, called NetSite. You can find out more about it here: http://www.netsiteserver.com/group.cfm?g=88 Unlike many blogs (also, as mentioned by someone else here) posts to the "corkboard" or the "press release" pages send the whole text of the post, and members of your site can subscribe to different groups or channels. You can also maintain a calendar and various file areas, including image libraries and videos. It's essentially a group-ware program, developed by a local Hidden tech person... me!
