David, if you're not aware...apple OS 10.4 has built in "universal access" preference settings that allow the user to "listen" to any text as well as a bunch of text enlargement and speech recognition software, etc. I use it all the time to see how lazy I can be...um, I mean, so I can better multitask... but, seriously, I also know that the disabled have been taking advantage of apple's very powerful built-in a/v tools for a long time...
