[Hidden-tech] Password-protection program?

You should be able to secure a website with IIS already and link it  
to your Active Directory.   You would create the username/passwords  
under a branch of your AD tree and then link the directory security  
to that branch in IIS.    Anytime someone were to attempt to access  
files under that directory IIS would intervene and ask for  
authorization.
