Do you mean cron, the periodic maintenance system standard to most  
*nix-es (linux, unix) ?

Most hosting that you buy is a "virtual" server, meaning that you  
probably would not get to edit the crontab(s) for the unit.
However, many probably do offer the kind of hosting you're looking for.
