The Unix command is ls. You can copy and paste its output into a text file. More details (in brief): - Launch the Terminal Application - use pwd to see what directory you are at at any point (probably starts with your home directory /Users/yourAccountName) - use "cd" to change to the desired directory. E.g. 'cd Documents/ CateringBusiness' (you may be able to type 'cd ' and then drag and drop from a folder to get the directory path to insert automatically) (BTW: unix is case-sensitive) - the 'ls' command has a number of options. type 'man ls' to see documentation. (space bar to continue to scroll down the documentation, type control-z to exit documentation.
