Thanks to all who showed me how to crop my PowerPoints. The 
presentation for next Tuesday looks SO MUCH BETTER!!

Just a head's up that you have to click on the inserted graphic or 
photo THEN click on the crop icon in the Picture section to get it to 
work. After that, it's a breeze.
