[Hidden-tech] Some Added Reasons to Exhibit at Internship Fair

It seems that there is some confusion about what an
internship entails, what is the responsibility of the
school and what is the responsibility of the employer.

For the past five years I was the internship and
volunteer coordinator at The Food Bank. I attended
internship fairs at many of the college in the region.
I would be happy to work with anyone here who is
considering hiring an intern or a volunteer.

There are many ways to involve students in the work
you do. For the relationship to be most beneficial to
you and the student be prepared to do some mentoring.
Your internship description should be clear with goals
that can be met within the timeframe.

Feel free to send me an email if you need help with
anything related to internships or volunteers.
