No it doesn't until someone volunteers to add a fair bit of programming 
to our mailman mailing interface.

So all understand - this tag is a reminder and a relatively minor 
annoyance to remind those
that have not filled out their profile.

And if you look at the logic of what is says,  by definition if you see 
a posting,
than that person HAS filled out their profile.  (This applies to all 
postings except
for Job offerings.)
