[Hidden-tech] Do you need a place to meet clients in Northampton?

Hi all,

If you need to see clients in the Northampton area, and would be interested
in sharing a furnished office in a professional, healthcare-related setting,
this message may be of interest.

I will be using this office most weekdays from about 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
I will rarely need the room after that time. If you are someone who sees
clients in the late afternoon and evening (or on the weekends), and you want
a comfortable, professional office in which to see them, please contact me.
It¹s possible that one morning per week could also be available.

The room is approximately 9¹ x 12¹ and has a desk and some chairs. There is
also a nicely furnished waiting room. You might also be able to have
occasional use of a larger, multi-purpose room (16¹ x 19¹) that is currently
used for some yoga classes and for my ³Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction²
and Mindfulness Meditation classes.

This building includes the offices of a psychologist, a massage therapist, a
nutritional consultant, and an exercise/yoga therapist. I would be looking
for someone whose profession does not overlap with one of the existing
practitioners.

The office is located in the center of Florence, approximately 2.5 miles
from downtown Northampton. Possible amenities might include use of a
photocopier and wireless Internet access (you would need to bring your own
laptop computer). There is plenty of parking.

I am still trying to figure out how this may work and what the cost will be.
I could find one office-mate or perhaps two or three, each of whom wants a
different day of the week. My current thinking is to charge a monthly rate
that would give you access to the space at certain mutually agreed upon
times. I would prefer not to rent on a per-use basis as that might be too
complicated for the rent that would be paid. However, I am open to
discussing different options.

Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions.
