A few weeks ago, Comcast started marking a lot of domains as "spam" without any good justification. Unlike AOL's rolling blacklist, Comcast has a static list. You (or your ISP) can only get off the blacklist by talking to someone. And of course, it's impossible to get in touch with *anyone* at Comcast who can help you. It was the case that Comcast was just swallowing the emails with no bounce or error notification. If you're getting a bounce, it may not be the same problem.
