  Yes, we do provide answering services in our Greenfield office.   
We've been providing this service for 50 years.  You can contact  
Yurix Perlta (pronounced You-Dee (like the letters. UD Peralta) at  
413-772-1800.  We have local numbers in Greenfield, Northampton and  
Holyoke.
