I had Vonage for a year and a half and am in the process of giving it up. Sound quality has been pretty poor for me. And frankly, I got tired of connectivity issues. Any time I had to do any rerouting of my internet lines, the Vonage modem added a layer of complexity that got old. Getting the phone up and running was always a challenge and never worked the same way twice. Once it took a good hour on the phone with tech support (in India) to figure out what the problem was (and the tech I was talking to ended up having to get his superwisor in on it). Mary Mary C. I don't mean to open pandora's box again but, it's always nice to hear your thought before I click "buy now". Your comments would be appreciated before I make the plunge into the digital depths ...
