[Hidden-tech] Costa Rica Condo

Hello All,
    Having just returned from visiting my daughter in Costa Rica, I am considering buying a luxury condo in either Jaco or Manuel Antonio, CR.  Any one out there that has experience doing this that can offer advise?
     For those that have not visited CR, I highly suggest considering it as a vacation destination.  Awesome.
