Mitch: Locally, the first firm that comes to mind, due to their reputation, for consumer research is Market Street Research in Northampton (http://www.marketstreetresearch.com). They do a thorough, professional job for an appropirate price and are well versed in a number of the survey techniques you mentioned as a part of the project. I have see their stuff before through several companies I have worked for as well as some of their community-based surveying and trend analysis, and it is always highly regarded. And, no, I'm not employed, have ever been employed, or have a financial interest in this endorsement - just a satisfied consumer of some of their products..... Todd Todd Lever Western Mass.
