[Hidden-tech] Membership Proposal to be discussed tonight

A point of clarification that Amy did not include is that in order to
file for 503c (Non-profit status) and to correctly synchronize the
Hidden-tech state corporate
filing and federal 503c filing, there needs to be a consistent
definition of who gets/gives what to/from the organization. A good bit
of the specification below
is to meet those requirements. Amy and others tonight can clarify any
questions about that is required vs what is optional and up to the board
and group.
