Ron and other former Saturn of Hadley patrons,

I just wanted to update this list to the launch of Route9Auto, which
specializes in Saturn Sales and Service. Founded by the former service
manager Dee Scanlon (my partner), the ASE and Saturn-certified master tech
Phil Wajda, and Bryon Fuller the assistant manager... the facility opened
today and has its grand opening this Saturday, July 8th (10am- 1pm). Please
consider coming by for food, fun and/or general support of this new Valley
venture.

On a personal note, it's been an exciting last few weeks leading up to the
launch. I've been juggling my clients and my 3-mo old daughter in order to
put my amateur creative/ graphics skills to work in a pro-bono way for my
partner's new venture. I did the creative and design for my first newspaper
ad last Saturday... A follow-on version will appear in the Gazette this
Friday (and if you're interested in the special $14.99 oil change
(non-Saturns eligible) let me know and I'll get you on my personal list).
Just completed the store sign and now it's on to magnetic truck signs. Know
any good vendors? I'm also in the market for one of those tear-drop shaped
banners that you stick into the ground like a stake and they stand some
8-feet tall. If you have any creative ideas that will help get the word out
about Route9Auto, let me know.

Best,
Humera.

* The facility is located in Hadley, just shy of the Amherst line...
at the Sunoco Station on Route 9 between Friendly's and Domino's.

Hi Ron,

My partner, Dee Scanlon, was the service manager for Saturn of Hadley. She
was there for 11 years (since Saturn of Hadley was born) and left in
February. She started out there as a technician (strong mechanical
background) and is very familiar with Saturns, as well as other makes and
models. She can take care of your vehicle... just call her at 413-218-7114.

Please feel free to spread the word amongst other dismayed Saturn of Hadley
customers.
Humera.

Hello all,

This morning I came to Saturn of Hadley for my (pre-scheduled!) oil change
and brakes replacement, just to find out that the facility has shut down.
I'm in a little shock right now - the Saturn of Hadley folks did all the
maintenance to my car since it was born :)

Could you guys recommend me a trustable mechanic in Amherst/Hadley area? I
believe that oil change is not a problem - you can do it pretty much
everywhere, but even small repairs can be an issue. In the past, I contacted
Monroe on Route 9 and became quite frustrated by their service, but I guess
not all of them are the same :)

Btw I can recommend a good auto body shop: Marshall Steinbeck just off Route
9 in Amherst.

Thank you,
	Ron.
