[Hidden-tech] anyone having bounce backs from verizon?

Hi,

Yes, I have a client in New Jersey with a Verizon email address, and  
mail I send to him bounces back on a regular basis. I know that on at  
least one occasion while I was on hold with Verizon, their recording  
mentioned that customers in New York and New Jersey may be having  
problems accessing the Internet. Had that problem once or twice  
during November with someone across the street here in Amherst.
