[Hidden-tech] Convert Web Archive File into HTML directory?

Dear List,

I have downloaded and saved a Web Archive File from IE Mac.  Is there anyway
to convert this Web Archive File into a regular HTML directory of files, so
I can re-upload to another site for others to view?
