A small technology company is looking for
a part-time executive assistant/office manager in 
the Greenfield, MA area with ability to travel in Western Mass.

Responsibilities:
--------------------

- Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties
    -- sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, filing, posting or proofing data,
    -- ordering of supplies, records maintenance
    -- performing typing and other clerical duties
    -- answering telephone calls and recorded messages
    -- providing information and assistance to clients 
    -- scheduling appointments, company meetings, arranging for conference room
    -- scheduling and booking business trips 

- Do accounting entry in QuickBooks
  Complete month end and year-end accounting and reconciliation. 

- Update contact information about perspective clients and 
   keep DB updated on all digital gadgets for managers

Requirements:
------------------------------------
* Attention to details is a must.
* Ability to work independently.
* Organizational skills, documentation skills.
* 1-3 years of previous office management experience. 
* Be courteous, prompt, and timely. 
* Good knowledge of Word, QuickBooks, Excel, PowerPoint, Dream Weaver, email. 
* Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member 
* Communicate effectively both internally and externally i.e. check email, 
forward to appropriate parties and reply timely with priority to editing requests 
or technical support requests. 
* Innovation and creativity in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes. 
* Ability for multitasking.
* Required: Car and Driving License. 

     Desirable skills:
              * Basic knowledge of HTML 
              * Management and/or Accounting Certificate or equivalent. 
              * 1-2 years in an Internet related industry.
