[Hidden-tech] Vonage anyone?

Vonage works well if you have an ample broadband connection.. Mainly high speed Cable. There are many companies now offering similar services, Packet 8, Lingo, Broadvoice, ect. Including my company, Prospeed.net.

  We currently use Verizon for local and long distance phone, conference calling, caller ID, and call forwarding. We're thinking about switching to Vonage to lower our costs. 

  Has anyone in the Valley used Vonage? What's the quality like? How's the customer service?
