The articles that I have read about it are ambiguous at best, but maybe I can chalk that up to bad reporting. AOL has been such a thorn in my side already with their "Enhanced Whitelist" program that I wouldn't put it past them to start charging for any bulk e-mail. AOL who used to bombard my e-mail servers with loads of spam, and now I can't even send them a legitimate newsletter. Jonathan
