Unless I misread this initiative does not block non-certifed emails, just upgrades the delivery of those that are certified. More over, there are a number of initiatives for validating email senders and we keep reviewing the options, as do the developers of the mailing list software - with the eye toward making sure we are kept in step with the improvements.
