Some new info on junk faxes.

There has been a change to the federal law in the past few months, which 
lowers our protection from them. California has effected a new state law 
as of Jan that returns some of these rights. There is a call for more 
states to do the same.

Suggest you read the column about money in the current ed of the Costco 
mag. I believe the column is by Horowitz. I would cite it better, but 
someone grabbed my copy.
