	Live/Work Space Survey

The City of Northampton and The Community Builders, Inc. are considering
creating live/work/studio space in Northampton at the Village on the
Hill (a new mixed-use village at the former Northampton State Hospital). 

The purpose of this survey is to help us determine the demand for this
live/work/studio space and the design that would best meet the needs of
the local arts community (including new media and other creative
technologies).
