Does anyone have any recommendations for local shops that do custom  
embroidery of baseball caps, collared golf shirts, etc.?  We've  
purchased such things online twice now and been less than thrilled  
with the results.

FYI, I'm already aware of CallsignWear in Open Square in Holyoke.
