My chimney sweep is Geoff Kenseth, Chimney Swift in Amherst, 413-256-0157. I've used him for years and he is very competent. Does not do masonry. For masonry, we have used Jim Maloney, also Amherst. He rebuilt one chimney and constructed a new one. We were very pleased with his work, his work ethic, and his prices, which were reasonable. Try Maloney Masonry, 413-253-2737, Amherst. I'm told this is not uncommon. Any referrals would be greatly > appreciated. Instead of looking for masons, try looking in your yellow pages for a chimney sweep. I'd recommend mine, but he's in North Adams. He fixed up my chimneys, which were in disrepair when I bought the house, and put metal caps on them for a very reasonable price. -- Mary Malmros malmros at verizon.net Some days you're the windshield, other days you're the bug. _______________________________________________ Hidden-discuss mailing list - home page: http://www.hidden-tech.net Hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net You are receiving this because you are on the Hidden-Tech Discussion list.
