MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES Drive a major marketing initiative to open and harvest new markets in Europe and elsewhere. bring both branding and creative marketing expertise to bear on the ambitious growth objectives of the company. Energize and build upon the skills of the CC Marketing team to engage in creative market research and marketing/promotional activities. Concurrently, direct the continuing improvement of Ciclismo tours and the on-going fulfillment of innovative new tours and destinations by evaluating results, competitive developments, market trends, skills requirements and resources needed. Establish a research and development program that would allow for profitable and sustainable launch of new divisions in Europe and New England Execute marketing and operational partnerships that will help sustain long term growth and superior brand recognition. Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry peers and major "players" (business or actual customer leverage). Drive the "Ciclismo Cult Concept" (modeled after Harley's HOG program) as a major marketing channel that in three years will result in 10 Club Chapters around the country. Deliver a high touch, active lifestyle brand that leverages customer loyalty like no other competitor. Leverage the primal urge that cyclists have to gather and share the passion about their sport. 2. PROVIDE DAILY OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION TO ALL STAFF by ensuring that that the entire CC team as well as the Executive Team is engaged in fulfilling the operational and customer care/ delight requirements in traditional and new markets that will be served.
