[Hidden-tech] Monster laser printer...

Hello all...

I'm selling a workhorse laser printer that has 
served me well. It's a 1200dpi PostScript laser 
printer that prints ledger size... up to 
12x18"... sheets. Great for posters or two page 
spreads for booklets or newsletters. It also 
prints letter and legal size and has two paper 
feed drawers that will take anything up to ledger size paper.

New it listed for $6000. It's duty cycle is 35000 
pages per month and I have not put much more than 
one month's duty cycle through it.

I'm asking $200. Such a DEAL! It will probably 
run forever... or until hardware does not support it. <chkl>

Dataproducts Typhoon 8
    * 68Mb of RAM (maxed out)
    * Interfaces: parallel, serial, and LocalTalk
    * SCSI port to attach HDD
    * Postscript Level 2
    * Two high capacity trays plus manual feed
    * 36,000 pages printed to date (probably not even a month's duty cycle)
    * Toner available at Staples, cheaper from 
on-line sources (12" wide cartridge.)
    * Prints on up to 12 x 18" stock at 1200dpi.

It's about 17" wide, 23" deep and 13" high. Must 
weigh between 30 and 40 pounds?

If you or anyone you know can make use of this, 
please let me know ASAP. It might be a great 
group house printer for a group or student 
household or fraternity. Or, anyone who needs a 
heavy duty workhorse printer at a ridiculously low price!
