My wife and I used Guy Grube (http://www.guygrube.com/) years ago.  He was
more expensive than most but we were very, very happy with the results.  Guy
and his son spent 13 hours with us (10am to 11pm) so from a per hour
perspective his rate was probably not that outrageous.  I have to say what I
liked about Guy was we got so much more than just the regular wedding mug
shots.  Seven years ago he started doing some digital imaging manipulation
though, at the time, he was using 100% (35mm & medium format) film.  Three
years after the event we were able to get all the negatives and proof photos
from Guy as well, not that we've done anything with them.
