[Hidden-tech] trademark applications

Hi Hidden Techies,

 

I'm looking into registering the company name as a trademark and wonder if
any of you have experiences to share in this area.

I've got an application from the US Gov't website
http://www.uspto.gov/index.html and have read all the instructions, etc.  It
looks do-able but I wonder if it is recommended to have a lawyer do this.

 

I want to register the name and logo of the company (see below) as well as
the name of some software products that we will put on the market.  Any
comments are very welcome and appreciated.
